Contact
Email is the only contact channel. There is no phone line and no account dashboard.
Write from the address you want the reply sent to. A short subject line helps: "calculator question," "guide correction," or "privacy request."
What to expect
A person reads the mailbox. This is a small site, so a reply can take several days, and mail sent on a weekend may wait until the next week. We answer notes about how a result was computed, mistakes in a guide, the privacy policy, and the terms. We do not send newsletters, and we do not reply to bulk pitches.
If you are asking about a number on the calculator, include the scale you selected (4.0, 5.0, or 10.0), whether weighted mode was on, the letter and credits for each course, and the previous GPA and credits if you used them. With that, we can recompute the same way the page does. A screenshot is optional. Do not send more personal detail than the question needs.
What email cannot do
- We cannot see your school's student system, change a posted grade, or produce an official transcript.
- We cannot tell you whether a college, scholarship, or program will accept you. Those offices publish their own requirements.
- We cannot recover course rows after you refresh the page. The calculator does not store them. Enter them again if you still need the average.
- Please do not include student ID numbers, government ID, passwords, or a full transcript with a birth date. If a message arrives with that kind of attachment, we will delete the attachment and answer only the general question, if there is one.
Privacy requests
Requests about email we already have, or about this policy, go to the same address. The privacy policy explains what the site actually holds. Course lists typed into the calculator are not among those records.
Who publishes the site, and the formulas the page uses, are on About.
